Job Description
Join the Starbucks team as a Cafe Barista, where you’ll be the face of our brand, connecting with customers and crafting perfect beverages. You will play a vital role in creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced till.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, counters, and dining areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.
- Educate customers on menu items, special offerings, and merchandise.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting fellow partners as needed.
- Adhere to all company operational policies and procedures.
