Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cafe Baristas in Philadelphia. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including beverage stations, customer areas, and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and receiving deliveries.
