Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Box Office Assistant to join our team in Ojodu. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our patrons from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for ticket sales, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records, contributing to the overall success of our cinema operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about movie schedules, prices, and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring daily reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean and organized box office area.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously.
• Provide information on loyalty programs and special offers.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
• Collaborate with other cinema staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
