Job Description

Join Dell Technologies as a Bilingual (French/English) Remote Customer Support Agent and become an integral part of our dynamic customer service team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience. We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy individuals with native-level fluency in both French and English, ready to contribute to a world-class support organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Dell products and services.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.

Required Skills

  • Native-level fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
