Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Interns in our Cambridge office. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic consulting, working alongside experienced consultants on real-world client projects. Interns will contribute to various aspects of project work, including data analysis, research, client presentations, and strategic problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to support client engagements.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports based on analytical findings.
• Collaborate with project teams to brainstorm solutions and develop strategic recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, observing and contributing where appropriate.
• Assist in the creation of financial models and business cases.
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and thought leadership initiatives.
• Support senior consultants in various project-related tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a top-tier university, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in consulting, finance, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings.
• Fluency in an additional language (beyond English).
• Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) or advanced data visualization tools.
