Job Description

  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room assignments, key distribution, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
