Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Inspect products for quality defects and remove any non-conforming items from the production line.
• Load raw materials and packaging supplies onto machines as required.
• Verify product counts, weights, and labels to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
