Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks' high-quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, preparation areas, and seating areas.

Required Skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and menu items.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
