Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality coffee and other beverages according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, espresso machines, and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and customer well-being.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product availability.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction during peak hours.
• Educate customers on menu items, special offers, and coffee knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
