Job Description

While we appreciate all backgrounds, please note that this position primarily serves our English-speaking guests and team, so proficiency in German is not a requirement for this specific role. You will be an integral part of our dynamic food and beverage operations, contributing to a high-energy and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables or bar seating as appropriate.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare drinks and cocktails according to established recipes and standards.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, and service areas.
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar tenders, and other team members.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
