Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Stuttgart, Germany. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency in the production process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, as all communication within the team and with management for this specific role will be conducted in English, eliminating the need for German language proficiency. You will be involved in various stages of vehicle assembly, quality control, and process optimization within a modern manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established safety and quality guidelines.
- Perform assembly tasks on various vehicle components and systems.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Identify and report any production issues, defects, or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
