Job Description
Join our dynamic production team in Munich, Germany, as an Automotive Production Operative. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic to contribute to the assembly and manufacturing of our premium vehicles. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, working within an English-speaking environment. While German language skills are a plus, they are not a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assembly tasks and operations according to production plans and quality standards.
- Operate various machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or safety hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
