Key Responsibilities

- Working effectively with police, defence solicitors, victims, and witnesses.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Required Skills
- Qualified Barrister or Solicitor in England and Wales with a current Practising Certificate.
- Significant post-qualification experience in criminal prosecution or defence.
- Proven advocacy skills in both Magistrates' and Crown Courts.
- In-depth knowledge of criminal law, procedure, and evidence.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Higher Rights of Audience (Civil or Criminal).
