Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Manager to join our growing Wealth Management team in Cleveland, Ohio. This critical role involves managing investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies, and a proven track record of delivering superior client outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized investment strategies for client portfolios.
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance assets as necessary to meet client objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and comprehensive financial reviews.
- Provide expert advice on a broad range of investment products including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and mutual funds.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including financial planners and tax specialists, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed investment reports and performance updates to clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, or investment advisory.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial markets, investment products, and portfolio construction.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 (or equivalent) licenses required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress towards completion.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
