Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Artificial Intelligence Interns to join our innovative team in Anchorage, Alaska. This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class engineers and researchers on cutting-edge AI projects that impact millions of users globally. As an AI Intern, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models, algorithms, and systems. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to real-world applications of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of machine learning algorithms and models.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training.
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and provide insights to improve existing AI solutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to integrate AI components into larger systems.
• Document research findings, code, and experimental results clearly and concisely.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with at least one major ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in machine learning or AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with distributed systems for machine learning.
• Demonstrated strong academic record and relevant coursework.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI/ML projects.
