Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic English-speaking Airport Staff to join our dynamic team at Hamburg Airport. This is a crucial role for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced international environment. You will be the first point of contact for many of our international passengers, providing assistance and ensuring their journey through our airport is seamless and enjoyable. Proficiency in English is a key requirement, enabling you to effectively communicate with our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting with inquiries, directions, and general information.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Monitor gate areas and assist with boarding calls and passenger flow management.
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with airline representatives, security, and other airport departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Provide support for passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors.
- Assist with lost and found procedures.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Valid driver's license.
