Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic English-speaking Airport Staff to join our team at Hamburg Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about aviation and customer service, who thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Your primary role will be to assist passengers with various airport processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. While German language skills are a plus, they are not a requirement for this specific role; fluency in English is essential, as it will be your primary working language.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
- Handle check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes.
- Assist with baggage handling, tagging, and resolving any baggage-related issues.
- Guide passengers to their gates and assist with boarding processes.
- Support passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and individuals requiring mobility assistance.
- Operate airport equipment as required (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with airline representatives and other airport personnel.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
