Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents and allocating seats.
  • Handle passenger luggage efficiently and ensure proper tagging and loading procedures.
  • Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
  • Guide passengers during boarding and disembarkation processes, ensuring a smooth flow.
  • Resolve passenger queries and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with airline crew, security personnel, and other airport services to ensure timely and safe operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, reflecting Emirates' premium brand.
  • Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures.
