Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Sharjah. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about starting a career in the aviation industry, even without prior experience. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience for all our passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including document verification and baggage handling.
- Guide passengers to their respective gates and provide clear boarding instructions.
- Respond to passenger inquiries, provide information about flights, and assist with special requests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at the airport.
- Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other airport personnel to maintain punctual operations.
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
- Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs, ensuring a comfortable journey.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
