Job Description
Join Emirates Airline as a vital member of our Airport Ground Staff team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
- Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
- Guide passengers to appropriate terminals and gates, ensuring timely boarding.
- Handle passenger queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Coordinate with various airport departments, including cabin crew and flight operations, to ensure on-time departures.
- Monitor and assist with aircraft loading and unloading procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and security procedures.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly airport environment.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
