Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the dynamic aviation industry? dnata is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Al Barsha, Dubai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with no prior experience in aviation, but with a strong command of English and a passion for service. As Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ground services, contributing directly to an exceptional travel experience for millions of passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
  • Guide passengers to correct gates, provide information on flight schedules, and assist with general inquiries.
  • Operate airport equipment as required (training will be provided).
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
  • Coordinate with airline crew, baggage handlers, and other airport personnel.
  • Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring mobility assistance.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to flight departures and arrivals.
