Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our ground operations team as Airport Ground Staff. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and provide information regarding flights, gates, and airport facilities.
- Verify travel documents, including passports and visas, to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Guide passengers to their respective gates, especially those requiring special assistance.
- Manage boarding procedures efficiently, making announcements and ensuring a smooth transition to the aircraft.
- Handle passenger queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate with other airport departments, including baggage services, security, and cabin crew, to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist with arrival procedures, including guiding passengers and managing baggage claims.
- Operate airport equipment as required, following appropriate training and safety guidelines.
