Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our ground operations team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the aviation industry to start their career without prior experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience for our passengers, from check-in to boarding. Your primary focus will be on delivering world-class customer service while adhering to all safety and operational protocols. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and provide information regarding flights, gates, and airport facilities.
• Verify travel documents, including passports and visas, to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Guide passengers to their respective gates, especially those requiring special assistance.
• Manage boarding procedures efficiently, making announcements and ensuring a smooth transition to the aircraft.
• Handle passenger queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Coordinate with other airport departments, including baggage services, security, and cabin crew, to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with arrival procedures, including guiding passengers and managing baggage claims.
• Operate airport equipment as required, following appropriate training and safety guidelines.
