Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Etihad Airways as an Airport Ground Staff member. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding flights, gates, and airport services.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various airport departments, including flight operations, security, and baggage services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and airline procedures.
- Guide passengers to their respective aircraft and assist with special needs passengers.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks of the aircraft cabin, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for departure/arrival.
- Operate airport equipment as required (with proper training and certification).
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
