Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Munich. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to our international passengers. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including baggage handling and seat assignments.
  • Verify travel documents, passports, and visas for international flights.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport services.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
  • Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other airport personnel to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
  • Manage boarding processes, ensuring all passengers are accounted for and onboarded efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or a customer service role
