Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Munich. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to our international passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including baggage handling and seat assignments.
- Verify travel documents, passports, and visas for international flights.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport services.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other airport personnel to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Manage boarding processes, ensuring all passengers are accounted for and onboarded efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times.
