Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding passes.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
  • Guide passengers to their respective gates and assist with special needs passengers (e.g., unaccompanied minors, elderly, or those with reduced mobility).
  • Monitor boarding processes, ensuring timely departure and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and other ground services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle passenger complaints and queries professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for passengers and flights are correctly processed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to a positive airport experience.
