Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport inquiries.
- Manage passenger queues efficiently and ensure a smooth flow through various airport touchpoints.
- Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline and security regulations.
- Coordinate with flight crews and other airport departments to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Handle passenger complaints and inquiries with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
- Ensure all ground support equipment is utilized safely and according to protocol.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the passenger terminal area.
