Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide information and guidance to passengers regarding flights, gates, and airport facilities.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with flight crews, security personnel, and other airport departments to ensure timely departures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
