Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team at Dubai International Airport (DXB). This entry-level position is perfect for candidates eager to start a career in aviation, providing essential support to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations. You will be at the forefront of our customer experience, assisting passengers and supporting various ground services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding flight schedules, gates, and airport facilities.
- Guide passengers through airport security and immigration processes.
- Handle passenger queries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Coordinate with various airport departments to ensure timely flight departures and arrivals.
- Monitor passenger flow and maintain order in waiting areas and at boarding gates.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with reduced mobility.
