Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Airport Customer Service team at Munich Airport. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about travel and providing outstanding service to an international clientele. As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of Lufthansa, assisting passengers with various needs and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will be primarily serving our global passengers, and proficiency in German is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including baggage handling and seat assignments.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport services.
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
- Ensure compliance with all airline safety and security regulations.
- Coordinate with ground staff, cabin crew, and other airport personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Support passengers during irregular operations, such as flight delays or cancellations, offering solutions and assistance.
