Key Responsibilities

• Performing general farm duties including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
• Assisting with irrigation and plant care tasks.
• Operating basic farm equipment under supervision (training provided).
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment.
• Following strict safety protocols and food handling guidelines.
• Monitoring crop health and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Assisting with packing and preparing produce for distribution.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production targets.
