Job Description

Join Norbest as an Agricultural Worker – Field Crew and become an essential part of our farming operations. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to work outdoors, learn about agricultural processes, and contribute to the production of high-quality food products. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. You will work closely with experienced team members, ensuring the health and productivity of our fields and livestock in the Provo area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks in fields, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Assist with the care and feeding of livestock, ensuring animal welfare standards are met.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Participate in irrigation, weeding, and pest control activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm facilities and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
