Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to drive Agile transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and empower our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various Agile methodologies and a proven track record of coaching teams and leadership through significant organizational change. Key Responsibilities
- Coach multiple Agile teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles, values, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to enhance Agile understanding and adoption across the organization.
- Help teams identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Guide organizational leaders and stakeholders in their understanding and support of Agile transformation.
- Develop and track key metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of Agile adoption.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to improve their Agile maturity.
- Stay current with Agile trends, practices, and tools, bringing new insights and approaches to the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or equivalent role.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in organizational change management within an Agile context.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar advanced Agile certifications.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, DaD).
- Background in software development, project management, or IT operations.
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
