Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operator Trainees through our comprehensive paid training program. This full-time, on-site role in Sunderland offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn the intricacies of world-class automotive manufacturing from the ground up. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training required to develop your skills, ensuring you become a proficient Production Operator. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the assembly, inspection, and quality control of our vehicles, and playing a key role in maintaining our high production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all aspects of the structured paid training program.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols and operational procedures.
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and inspection of automotive components and finished vehicles.
- Operate various production machinery, tools, and equipment under supervision.
- Monitor production processes, identify potential issues, and report them to senior operators or supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in line with 5S principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and uphold quality standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for process optimization and efficiency gains.
