No prior experience is required – we are committed to investing in our team members by providing comprehensive, paid training and certification to operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and successfully complete all company-provided forklift training and certification programs.
• Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines for forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
• Assist certified forklift operators with material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and document discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine pre-operational checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Gulfport facility.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus).
• Basic understanding of inventory procedures.
