Siemens Energy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Factory Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team in Orlando, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality defects, proper functionality, and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and schedules.
• Assist with material handling, kitting, and packaging of finished products as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
