Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products, ensuring accurate placement within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Load and unload trucks, scanning items, and sorting packages.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or reach trucks.
