Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.
  • Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, luggage handling, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and guest rooms as required.
  • Support food and beverage services, including serving, bussing, and setup/teardown for events.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a hotel setting (front desk, F&B, housekeeping).
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS).
  • Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus, but not required.
  • Vocational training or certification in hospitality.
