Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Social Media Content Reviewer to join our global team. This is a crucial remote role focused on ensuring a safe and positive experience for users across Meta’s family of applications. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, identifying violations of our community standards and policies, and taking appropriate action. This role requires strong judgment, critical thinking, and a commitment to upholding our platform’s integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, against Meta's established community guidelines and policies.
- Make timely and accurate decisions on content violations, categorizing and escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Utilize internal tools and resources to maintain consistent decision-making and ensure policy adherence.
- Identify and report emerging content trends and policy gaps to help improve content moderation strategies.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment, sharing insights and best practices.
- Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to stay updated on policy changes and product enhancements.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
