Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail E-commerce Customer Support team in Austin. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving a variety of inquiries related to orders, products, shipments, and general account assistance. This role requires a strong commitment to problem-solving, empathy, and effective communication to ensure every customer interaction is positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
