Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused English-Speaking Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to join our vibrant team in Hamburg, Germany. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS), such as OnQ, Opera, or similar.
