Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Hotel Front Desk Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in hospitality, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
