Job Description

We are seeking experienced individuals capable of safely and efficiently operating a variety of heavy machinery for large-scale construction, mining, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and scrapers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations on job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and other construction documents.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Execute fine grading and finishing work with precision.
- Assist with general labor tasks on site as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Proficiency with multiple types of heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, dozers, loaders).
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and project plans.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor as required and work in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Experience with GPS-enabled machine control systems.
- Certifications in specific heavy equipment operation.
- Prior experience in mining or large-scale civil construction projects.
