Job Description

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals with no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience (e.g., retail, food service).
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera PMS) – training will be provided.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean).
