Job Description

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Wilmington, Delaware. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality checks on products and materials, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
