Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
  • Learn and apply manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment under supervision.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer literacy.

  • Demonstrated interest in engineering, mechanics, or food science.
