Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic food and beverage team at Hyatt Regency Sharjah. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and seating them promptly.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and pairings.

- Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Fluent in English.
