Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing delivery according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on goods to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to 20kg).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of German is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (even if informal).
- Valid forklift or pallet jack operator's license (training can be provided if needed).
