Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Cloud Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and architect cloud platforms that drive digital transformation and business growth. Your expertise in various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and applications using leading cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define architectural roadmaps, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud governance, security policies, and best practices.
• Lead the migration of on-premise applications and data to cloud environments.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies and tools, recommending and integrating them where appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Create detailed documentation for cloud architectures, deployments, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in cloud networking, security, and identity management.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Solid background in serverless architectures, microservices, and API design.
• Expertise in database technologies, both relational and NoSQL, in cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Cloud Architect certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning services in the cloud.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.
