As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the efficient movement of products throughout our facility. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and check for accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided as needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and stocking products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) like forklifts or order pickers
