Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Management and Program Analyst to join our dynamic team in Rotherham. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of key programs and projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in program support, data analysis, and process improvement within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Track program budgets, resources, and timelines, highlighting potential risks and deviations.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Management Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CBAP).
• Experience working within a consulting firm or large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
